耐磨物料管：炸藥管
應(yīng)用:特別設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用于爆破炸藥和乳化炸藥的輸送。重量輕，靈活度好，高等級(jí)橡膠管。軟管內(nèi)、外膠層均防靜電，滿(mǎn)足高等級(jí)防爆要求。 平滑的內(nèi)管使介質(zhì)更易通過(guò)；特殊的增強(qiáng)層及外膠設(shè)計(jì)，使軟管更合適于礦山等惡劣工況下使用?？估?，抗拖拽，耐反復(fù)摩擦。
結(jié)構(gòu):
內(nèi)膠：內(nèi)壁光滑黑色超耐磨、耐低溫、耐油、防靜電NBR合成橡膠
增強(qiáng)層：高強(qiáng)度聚酯纖維線加螺旋鋼絲
外膠：布面黑色超耐磨、耐低溫、耐油、防靜電合成橡膠。外表刺孔設(shè)計(jì)，防止起泡鼓包。（1"以下含 1"為光面，布面需定制）
接頭：采用重型抱箍或是扣壓，訂購(gòu)總成百分之百保壓測(cè)試
溫度：-40 ～100 ℃
APPLICATION: It can be used for the delivery of blasting explosives and emulsion explosives.It also can transport nitro explosives. Light weight, good flexibility, high-level explosion-proof. The hose can be used in harsh working conditions such as mines. Resistant to pulling, dragging, and repeated friction.
CONSTRUCTION:
Tube：NBR synthetic rubber with smooth inner wall, super abrasion resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, and antistatic.
Reinforcement：High strength polyester wire with spiral steel wire
Cover: Wrapped, super abrasion resistance, low temperature resistance, oil resistance, antistatic synthetic rubber.
Coupling：Use heavy duty hoop or clamp,order assembly 100% pressure retention test
